I’m an engineer and founder based in Sweden. I build products and the commercial side that carries them, with depth in what happens to a product after the sale. Two companies co-founded, one grown to 10,000 users without outside funding, and circularity research with Toyota Material Handling Europe. I’m at my best when a problem is still unclear and someone needs to make sense of it, take ownership, and build the answer.

Co-founded and scaled a hyperlocal delivery platform to 10,000 users and $80k+ GMV in the first year, bootstrapped. I left in 2024. It is still running and has passed 500,000 orders.

An eight-condition framework for diagnosing where end-of-use knowledge stops before it reaches product design. Built with Johan Karlström during a placement at Toyota Material Handling Europe.
Made international student content across Instagram and YouTube from 2024 to 2026, part time. The channels went from 8k to 12k followers across the ambassador team. My own content passed 250,000 views.

Product Builder
I work from the user problem through to the system behind it, using no-code tools, APIs, and analytics when they are the fastest way to ship.
Sustainability + Circularity
My thesis was on what happens at the end of a product’s use, and why that information so rarely gets back to the people designing the next one. The EU's Ecodesign regulation and the Digital Product Passport turn that from a nice idea into a requirement in July 2026.
Founder Operator
Small teams, shifting priorities, and no one to hand the half-finished part of the job to. That is the setup I have worked in most and the one I read fastest.
Growth + Communication
Getting a product in front of the people who need it, then reading the funnel data and analytics to work out which part is actually doing the work.
