This is a personal site. There are no accounts, no ads, no newsletter, and nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers. What follows is the whole of it.

What is collected

The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are actually used. Clarity records page views, clicks, scroll depth, and session replays, and it stores cookies in your browser to recognise a returning session. It also collects your IP address, browser, device type, and approximate location derived from that IP.

Clarity masks text content in replays by default, so what is captured is the shape of a session rather than what you typed. Microsoft acts as a processor for this data and its own terms apply. Their privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational reasons.

Nothing else is collected. There is no contact form, so the only way you send me anything is by choosing to email me, and then I have whatever you put in the email.

Why

To see which work people actually read and where the site loses them, so I can fix it. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the operational logs, and consent for the analytics cookies where consent is required.

How to opt out

Any of these will stop the analytics: block third-party scripts, turn on your browser's tracking protection, use an ad blocker, or enable Do Not Track. Clearing cookies for this domain removes what is stored locally. None of it changes how the site works for you.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you, and you can object to processing. Email me and I will handle it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
